Frequently Asked Questions

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, orders have a processing time of 2-4 business days*. This allows time for me to package and prepare your order for shipping. This does not include the shipping speed of your order. 

*24x36 posters are printed to-order and are shipped separately from other items. 24x36 posters may require an additional 1-2 business days of processing time. 

The following shipping speeds are only estimates and are not guarantees. Once your order is shipped, I cannot control and delays by USPS. There is also a higher possibility of delays due to Covid-19, and during holiday season.

First Class Mail (USA): 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail (USA): 1-3 Business Days
First Class/Economy (International): 2-4 weeks, possibly longer if your order is delayed in customs.
Priority International: 6-12 Business Days

These shipping speeds do not include the 2-4 business day processing time before your order is shipped. Please account for both processing and shipping time to accurately expect when your order will arrive.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me ASAP and I will try my best to rush your order, however I cannot make any guarantees.

Please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. (If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please double-check your spam folder). If it has been more than 7 business days (US orders) or 21 business days (international orders) since your tracking information last updated, please contact me and I will do my best to help!

All posters are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube. Mini prints are shipped in a rigid, flat envelope.

All products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you experience any issues with your order such as it being damaged in transit or getting lost in the mail, I am happy to send you a free replacement.

If it has been more than 6 hours since your order was placed, it's possible it has already been processed for shipping, and would not be eligible for cancellation.

Sorry to hear that! I can always replace an order that is damaged in transit. Please contact me ASAP with your name, order number, and photos of the damage in order to receive a replacement.

No, in order to protect my artwork from being stolen, and for quality control, I do not offer digital downloads.

No, if you see my artwork being sold on another website, it is being sold illegally without my permission. If you order from one of these websites, you will receive a blurry, poor quality image. Sylvan Design Co. is the only website to purchase my artwork.
