The Artwork
Who is the artist?
All artwork in the store is created by illustrator and designer Danielle Sylvan, unless otherwise specified. See the "About" page for more info!
Is AI used in the creation of the artwork?
No, AI is never used in the creation of Danielle's artwork. Danielle has been creating and posting her artwork online for over 15 years, long before the existence of generative AI. You can see many process video's of Danielle's work on her Tiktok or Instagram accounts.
Do you take commissions or freelance work?
If you are interested in hiring Danielle for commercial freelance work, please send an inquiry here. At this time, Danielle is unable to take on personal commissions.
Do you offer digital downloads of your posters?
No, in order to protect the artwork from being stolen, and for quality control, Danielle does not offer digital downloads.
Do you sell your artwork on other websites?
No, if you see Danielle's artwork being sold on another website, it is being sold illegally without her permission. If you order from one of these websites, you will receive a blurry, poor quality image. Sylvan Design is the only website to purchase Danielle Sylvan's artwork.

Shipping
When will my order arrive?

I need my order by a specific date, can you rush it for me?
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please double-check your spam folder. If it has been more than 10 business days (US orders) or 21 business days (international orders) since your tracking information last updated, please contact us for further assistance.
How are the posters packaged for shipping?
All posters are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube. Mini prints are shipped in a rigid, flat envelope.

Returns/Cancellations/Changes
Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Can I change my shipping address on an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us ASAP with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped, it won't be possible to make changes to the shipping address.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
If your order has not shipped, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number, and we will do our best to help!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number, and I will check if it's still possible to cancel your order. If it has been more than 6 hours since your order was placed, it's possible it has already been processed for shipping, and would not be eligible for cancellation.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, and photos of the damage in order to receive a replacement.
