Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with your name and order number immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number. If it has been more than 6 hours since your order was placed, it's possible it has already been processed for shipping, and will not be eligible for cancellation.
