When you order a frame and poster together, we'll ship the poster framed and ready to hang! If you are ordering an unequal amount of frames/posters, please leave an order note specifying which posters you'd like framed to avoid delays.

I'm a frame snob - I grew up around artists and I typically frame art with real wood and a single-or-double mat and museum glass to protect from fading. However, that's all very expensive, so when it's not an original piece I try to find ways to save some money. These frames are pretty solid and fit the posters perfectly in my experience. I got the black frame to go with an 18x24 Baldur's Gate travel poster from Sylvan Design - the poster fit exactly so the white border of the print is exposed straight & evenly all along the sides, which mimics the effect of a mat and looks great on the wall. The hook on the back was not perfectly straight nor perfectly centered so hanging it was a little bit of a challenge, but I do have it hanging, it is now hanging straight and I didn't have to do much to get it there. They feel a little pricy at $50 each, so that and the hook on the back takes off one star in my opinion.

These frames are very high quality - the wood grain is there and the color is perfect. these were such a great addition to our LOTR posters that we bought from Sylvan designs. Highly recommend!
